Peripheral nerve injuries (PNI) can be extremely painful following trauma, post surgery or through overuse injury. Time4physio has extensive experience in managing nerve injuries whether from a complex brachial plexus injury to carpal tunnel syndorme. Accurate diagnosis and understanding the management of such conditions is essential to gain optimum outcome.

Postural imbalances can cause pain and discomfort especially with work related disorders. Time4physio will work with you to develop personalised exercise programs that help improve posture, reduce pain, and help prevent future injuries and chronicity.

Initially a comprehensive assessment is carried out, taking a full medical history and reviewing the area involved, from here a joint plan is developed with follow up sessions as required.

60 minutes £60.00
Follow up Assessment:
40 minutes £40.00
Time4physio accepts card payments, cheques and bank transfers.

At Time4physio, your safety and comfort is a priority. You are welcome to have a family member friend or carer present during your assessment and treatment. For clients under 18 or vulnerable adults, a responsible adult must be present. All visits are conducted professionally in line with safeguarding and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy professional standards. Any safeguarding concerns will also be acted on in line with the Health Professional Council Governance (HCPC)
Detailed clinical notes are kept for all assessments and treatments and securely held by Time4physio.
Consent to treatment is always obtained and documented prior to treatment.
Where formal reports or detailed letters are requested outside of clinical time eg, for insurance, medico-legal or occupational health purposes, an additional fee may be charged depending on the length and complexity of the report.
At Time4physio we appreciate things change, if there is a need to cancel appointments please let us know 24 hours before so no charge is incurred and the space can be utilised. Failure to let us know 24 hours before will incur a 50% charge - but we would much rather just re-arrange and avoid where at all possible.
